Delivery service:

Items are dispatched Monday - Friday.

Royal Mail domestic and International services.

Delivery Time Estimates:

UK: 1-2 working days processing time + delivery 1-2 working days.

Europe : 1-2 working days processing time + delivery 5-7 working days.

USA: 1-2 working days processing time + delivery 5-7 working days.

Worldwide: 1-2 working days processing time + delivery 7-10 working days.

Wish to order multiple items?

I endevour to combine postage wherever possible.  Postage is calculated upon overall parcel size and weight brackets as defined by the postal service.  Sums over and above the combined figure at the point of posting will be reimbursed to you the buyer and you will be notified accordingly.

How is my item delivered?

Kits are send plastic sealed to protect your parcel from damage.

Inside is a blank sturdy card box inside which is a flat packed kit with individual elements bagged to help identify associated elements of your chosen house.  Accompanying the sit is an illustrated guide to a recommended approach to construction for that specific model.

Returns

Returns are accepted for items upon the condition that they are returned in full salable condition.  

It is the buyers responsibility to return the item in order to recieve a refund.

Items incorrectly dispatched can be identified by the product name on the box. In this eventuality a full refund will be provided and postage covered for a return of the item and dispactch of the replacement item.
