This is a flat pack kit for a 2 storey high corner shop in Art Nouveau Styling, perfect as a cafe, patisserie or newspaper shop, there is plenty of interior room. 

The model comes with all elements to build the main structure plus includes the kit for the staircase, balcony and ornamental bay window. 

Ages 14+ advised due to small parts.  Please note the decorated example is for demonstration purposes only and decorating materials are not included in the kit.
