This pretty little kit builds into an elegant upper market Georgian style townhouse.  This pretty property features a fully removable roof and front for easy access the interior.  Internally the layout includes 4 floors.  The kit includes internal staircase elements.

Overall constructed height: 135mm / 5.25"

This kit project comes complete with all structural elements to create walls, roof, chimney, staircases, and balcony and is accompanied by a visual guide covering a recommended approach to construction.
