This is a kit model that builds into a 1:144th townhouse building with removable front.  The model is based on traditional styles found around the northern part of France.

This laser cut model has lots of charm and is easy to build. The kit model comes accompanied by a step by step visual guide for a recommended approach to building the model.  

The Brittany Townhouse when constructed is approximately 55mm deep (plus the base makes it 63mm deep) x 30mm wide and 85mm high.

Recommended for ages 14+ due to small parts.
