This is the Biarritz Townhouse: A 1:48th scale miniature doll's house house kit wood model laser cut for a precise fit and supplied in flat pack form.

This 1:48th scale version of the Biarritz Townhouse features 4 floors (basement, 2 floors and an attic / staff), 3 internal staircases and a lot of character!  The building arrives in an easy to built flat-packed format bundled with an illustrated step by step guide to construction.  

When constructed the design allows for access via a removable front and removable roof section. The 1:48th Scale Biarritz Townhouse stands at approximately 5.25” high by 3” wide and 8.25” high (or 13.5cm deep by 8cm wide and 21cm high) including the base.

Included are all the components for building the main structure, glazing the model, base, staircases (interior and exterior), plus an illustrated step by step guide for recommended approach to construction written in English. 

Please note: This is a collectors display item, and therefore this item may be unsuitable for ages 14 or below because of very small parts.  Decorating materials and glues are not provided.  Thank You
