This is a laser-cut wooden kit supplied in kit format with an illustrated guide for a recommended approach to construction.

This lovely little 1 room house complements the Cape Cod House (also available separately), and this is true to reality, being an external building functioning as the kitchen adjacent to the main abode. They are two beautiful examples of architecture from that era, with picket fences and attractive cute proportions with shuttered windows.

All elements of the structure are included within the kit: walls, roof, base, windows, glazing, shutters and chimney.

When constructed this Cape Cod Annex model, including base, will stand at approximately 3 1/2” x Deep 6 1/4” Wide x 4” High (9 cm x 16 cm x 10 cm)

 Please note: The painted house show is purely for demonstrative purposes. Paints, glues & other decorative materials are not included.  This kit contains many small parts and is advised for ages 14+ or with adult supervision.
