Welcome to ‘Owl Hollow’; a miniature dollshouse kit that could be decorated to be a house of dreams or to convert into a most mysterious abode. Let me guide you through its layout….

Walking up the pathway, past the pretty picket fence, you look up to an imposing american gothic pitch roofed mansion.  Large garage doors to the left give nothing away.  You move closer and peeking through the arched doorway, you look inside where is a large open ground floor and a staircase (included) up to another mysterious upper floor.

To the side of the house there is a glazed conservatory with views out to the front and the sides.   What was grown here? Who would sit here and take in those views each day?

As you walk back up the path away from the conservatory you look back once more and glimpse a double arch window to the side.  Was that someone looking out you wonder or a trick of the light and trees around?….….

When constructed, the kit model builds into a splended mansion with dimensions approximately of: 14.5cm H x 14cm D x 15cm W or, including the base, 14.5cm H x 18.5 W x 16D

The wood and card kit comes with an illustrated guide to construction, includes all elements to build the model including walls, windows, doors plus conservatory and staircase and a pack of picket fencing.

The method of construction recommended would allow for access to the interior through a removable front wall.

Recommended for ages 14+ due to small parts.
