This super cute little shop has 2 rooms inside.  When constructed you can access the interior from the removable side wall.  1 upper room features a dormer window, the other ground floor features a projecting bay and recessed doorway.

The kit comes with all elements for construction: walls, roof, advert sign, glazing, windows, staircase, bannisters and door.  A step by step illustrated guide is included for a recommended approach to construction.

Please note: Decorating materials and glue are not included.

When constructed the highstreet shop model stands at  8.5cm deep (11cm inc. base) by 6cm wide and 13.2cm H / or 3.5" deep (4.5" inc. base) by 2.5" wide and 5 1/4" high.

Recommended for ages 14+ due to small parts.
