This is a laser-cut wooden kit of a 3 story Dutch style house - a ground floor, 1st floor and loft space.
When constructed the building can be opened from the front for access to the space inside and the roof is removable. It is supplied with internal staircase and ladder. Approximate size when constructed: 170mm High (6 1/2"), 105mm Wide (4 1/4") and 130mm Deep (5").
The model is supplied in flat packed kit form, accompanied by a journal (written in English) covering a recommended approach to construction and includes structural elements to create the main building; walls, roof, base, doors, porch, windows, stairs, chimney etc.
