144th Scale Dolls House Miniature Model KIT - The House That Moved gift for Christmas

THE HOUSE THAT MOVED - 1/144 th Scale Model Kit

The 144th kit model is based on an actual 15th century building that became famous in 1961. It was due for demolition to make way for the Exeter by-pass, but saved by popular request. 

The design allows for access to the interior from the removable fronts and roof.

Kit includes structural elements to create the main building; walls, roof, base, doors, windows, stair surrounds, chimney etc.

The model is supplied in flat packed kit form (Please note: The decorated model shown for demonstration purposes only - decorating materials not included.)

The unconstructed kit is accompanied by a documentation covering a recommended approach to construction.

(*This is an adult collectors item - recommended for ages 14+ due to small parts*)
