This is a wooden model water hut in 48th scale (quarter scale) supplied as a kit with an illustrated guide to construction.
When constructed the kit builds into a one room residence with removable roof for access to the interior.
The traditional elements of water huts of raised legs, ladder access and woven / rough wood plank construction give this model a characterful hap-hazard aesthetic inspired by some of the old water huts on the Mekong river.
* Please note: For Ages 14+ due to many small parts. This model comes in kit form. Glue and decorating materials are not included.*
