The kit, when constructed, creates a characterful period house in 144th scale (or suitable as a dollhouse dollhouse for 1:12th scale rooms.)

The building comprises of 3 floors, and a removable roof and front for easy accessibility.

The kit comes complete with all structural elements to create walls, roof, chimney, steps and interior staircases.

The kit is accompanied by documentation covering the recommended approach to construction.
