Quarter scale DEAUVILLE HOUSE 1:48th Doll's House Miniature Kit

This is a miniature doll’s house model kit inspired by the pretty styles of  architecture that run down France’s west coast where pretty, historic buildings can be seen painted in striking colours and covered full of beams incorporating geometric patterns.

When constructed, internally there are 3 internal rooms: 2 on the first floor, an open ground floor and a small decorative side lean-to.

When constructed the design will allow for access via a removable back and removable roof section. 

This model house stands at approximately 4.25” Deep x 5.5” Wide x 5” High, or 11cm deep x 12cm wide x 12.5cm high, including the base once constructed.

Included are all the components for building the main structure, glazing the model, doors, base, plus an illustrated step by step guide for recommended approach to construction written in English. 

Please note: This is a collectors display item, and therefore this item may be unsuitable for ages 14 or below because of very small parts.  Decorating materials / glues not provided.  Thank You
